Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team in Jamaica, Queens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and property.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, disturbances, and other security risks
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the site
Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security policies and procedures
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
Write clear and detailed incident reports as needed
Requirements:
Valid NYS Security Guard License
Must have weekend availability
Must be flexible to work both morning and evening shifts
Strong communication and observation skills
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
