Full time
Tuesday to Saturday
8:00am to 4:00pm
Salary $65,000
Responsibilities:
Leading and supervising the on-site security team
Ensure all posts are staffed and post orders are being followed
Monitor officer performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations in a calm and professional manner
Review and complete incident reports; ensure accurate documentation
Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the mall, including interior and exterior areas
Maintain strong partnerships with mall management, tenants, emergency responders, and law enforcement
Support the onboarding and training of new officers
MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private) with a clean motor vehicle record!
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in security operations supervisory experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong organizational and reporting abilities
Familiarity with video surveillance and access control systems
Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet company driving standards
Proficient in basic computer applications and report writing
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
