The Bank Security Officer is responsible the development, implementation, and administration of the Bank's Security Program (including establishing procedures for opening and closing facilities, responding to emergencies and incidents), and ensuring proper maintenance and operational efficiency of the Bank’s facilities through the management of third-party vendor relationships.
