Job Description

Monitor, analyse and work on security events to resolve security issues with internal and external partners
Support and contribute to incident response processes
Review and evaluate security-related configuration changes
Generate and communicate findings from vulnerability assessments
Analyze IT requirements and provide recommendations in alignment with standards and policies
Lead and execute security-driven projects
Plan, implement, and assess security awareness training and initiatives
Managing IS threats and risks and assessing assets

Qualifications

A degree in IT (e.g., technical college/HTL, university) or equivalent professional experience
Work experience in infrastructure security, or relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
Strong knowledge and understanding of threat vectors and common prevention strategies
Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to remain calm and diplomatic in high-pressure situations
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Strong communication skills in both, written and spoken English and German
Familiarity with key regulations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, CIS, GDPR)

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly higher than the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
