Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a motivated student to support the deployment and migration of our remote access platform. You will join the Network & Security team to ensure a smooth transition for users and help us maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, configuration, and testing of the remote access platform
Support the migration of users from legacy systems to the new environment
Document processes, technical steps, and user guides where needed
Provide first-line support to colleagues during the migration period
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
On site presence in Lokeren
Qualifications
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related technical program
Basic knowledge of networking, remote access technologies, and IT infrastructure
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Availability of at least 8 hours per week, starting immediately
